We clean flats and houses in Sofia, one-off or on a schedule. We work with products free from chlorine and ammonia, so no smell is left behind after us.

You can book us once for a deep clean or sign up for regular visits. On a contract the same team comes each time, so the people cleaning your home get to know it and you do not have to explain on every visit what goes where and what needs care.

For homes up to 80 m² one cleaner usually comes. For larger properties, and for every first visit, we work in pairs so the job does not stretch across the whole day.

How a visit runs

Arrival and a quick check-in

The team arrives at the agreed time with their own equipment. If anything is specific to today (guests this evening, a recent spill, a room to leave alone), this is when you say so.

Dusting from the highest surfaces down to the floor, so nothing has to be cleaned twice. Vacuuming closes this stage.

Five mistakes people make cleaning at home

Most are not obvious. The order of work and the choice of product often matter more than the scrubbing.

One product for every surface

A single spray for worktops, glass, wood and grout gives a mediocre result everywhere, and it leaves streaks on glass and on matt surfaces.

Cleaning from the bottom up

If the floor is washed before the dusting is done, the dust off the shelves lands on the clean floor and the whole job gets done twice. Always work top to bottom.

One cloth for the whole home

A cloth used in the bathroom and then in the kitchen just moves the dirt around. We use a separate cloth for each area, each one a different colour.

Product on dry grease

Grease on the extractor and around the hob needs time to work loose. Wiping straight after spraying takes off only the top layer.

Putting off the deep clean

If regular cleaning is no longer keeping up, frequency is not the problem. One deep clean returns the home to a baseline, and after that the upkeep takes half the time.

How to prepare the home for a better result

If things are not scattered around, the cleaning is twice as easy. If the clothes come off the chairs and the dishes out of the sink before we arrive, we can give more attention to the detail instead of moving things around.

It is not required, we will do the job either way. But clients who take that minute see the difference in the result.

Worth knowing

How often is worth it

For a two-person household without pets, cleaning every two weeks is usually enough to stop dirt building up. With small children or a dog, once a week is better, because that kind of soiling works into surfaces and is much harder to remove later.

If a home is empty and has not been cleaned in months, there is little point going straight onto a regular schedule. One deep clean first works better, and after it the upkeep goes much faster.

Regular cleaning or a housekeeper

The difference is what is included and who carries the liability. A company arrives with equipment, insurance and a replacement team when someone is on leave or unwell. A housekeeper is more flexible for tasks beyond cleaning, such as shopping, ironing and looking after plants.

Many clients combine the two: a company for the cleaning itself every week or two, and help with the rest when it is needed.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a one-bedroom flat take?

Usually between 2.5 and 3 hours for regular cleaning of a well-kept home. For a first visit, or if the home has not been cleaned in months, it takes longer, 4 to 6 hours. We assess this at the free inspection.

Can I book only certain rooms?

Yes. We agree in advance what we will clean and you pay only for what you booked. Clients often book just the kitchen and bathrooms and handle the rooms themselves.

Will the same team come every time?

For contract clients, yes, as far as possible. During holidays or illness we send a replacement, but we tell you beforehand and pass on the notes for your home.

Do I need to be at home?

Not necessarily. Many clients leave us a key or an access code. Our staff are vetted and insured, and each visit is logged with arrival and departure times.

What about pets?

We work comfortably around dogs and cats. If your animal is nervous with strangers, tell us and we will start in another room. The products we use are safe for animals and people.

How is payment handled, and do you invoice?

Cash on completion, or bank transfer for contracts. We issue invoices on request, including to companies.

What happens if something gets broken?

Our work is covered by professional liability insurance. If we break something we tell you ourselves straight away, rather than you finding it afterwards.

Can I book a clean for the same day?

Sometimes, if a team is free. The earliest slot is usually within 48 hours. Contract clients keep a fixed day and time.

Do you bring your own vacuum?

Yes, a professional one with a HEPA filter. We do not use yours unless you ask us to, for instance because of an allergy, or because you would rather no outside equipment came into the house.

Can you clean up after a party or guests?

Yes, that is a common one-off booking. It usually takes between two and four hours, depending on how much there is to do.

Do you clean empty properties before someone moves in?

Yes, although in that case what you normally need is a deep clean rather than regular cleaning, because with the place empty we can get to everything.

Can I move my contract day?

Yes, with 24 hours of notice and no charge. Later than that, it depends on how booked the team already is.

What is not part of regular cleaning?

Oven and fridge interiors, window frames, upholstery cleaning and ironing. Any of it can be added for an extra charge, or booked as a separate service.

Do you clean balconies and terraces?

Yes, we wash the floor and the railing if you ask for it. A glazed terrace counts as a room.

Will you use my own products if I ask?

Yes, if you prefer a particular brand or you are sensitive to something. In that case we cannot stand behind what that product does.

How many cleaners come?

For homes up to 80 m² usually one. For larger homes, and for every first visit, we work in pairs so the day does not drag on.

Can I leave special instructions?

Yes, and we would rather you did. We keep them on file against your address and the team reads them before every visit.

What happens to the rubbish?

We take out the household waste and put in fresh liners. Removing bulky items is not included, but we can arrange it separately.
