Deep extraction cleaning of carpets, runners and fitted carpet, at your home in Sofia.

Why a carpet needs deep cleaning
A living-room carpet holds between two and four kilograms of dust a year. The dust comes from the air and from shoes: the carpet lies on the floor and takes in whatever lands on it. A vacuum lifts the top layer, and the rest settles toward the backing and stays there.
Extraction reaches deeper. The product is injected under pressure down to the base of the pile and drawn straight back out with the dirt. The water that comes out is visibly dirty, and we show it to you at the end.
We work at your home. Nothing has to be rolled up, carried anywhere or waited on for days. A standard living-room carpet takes us about an hour.
- Done in place, no rolling up, no carting off
- We test the colour somewhere hidden before we start
- Every stain cleaned separately, according to what caused it
- We get rid of odours, including from pets
- Extra drying, so it is walkable the same day
Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Usually between 6 and 10 hours depending on pile depth and ventilation. We leave it slightly damp, not wet, and with a window open it is usable that evening.
Do I need to move the furniture out?
No. We move lighter furniture ourselves and work around the heavy pieces. If you want the carpet cleaned under a wardrobe or sofa, say so in advance so we can allow the time.
Can a wool carpet be cleaned?
Yes, but on a different setting, with a lower temperature and a neutral product. Wool is sensitive to alkaline products and can shrink if it is cleaned the wrong way.
Will every stain come out?
Most will. Bleach, ink and hair dye are often permanent because they have removed or replaced the colour. We tell you honestly at the inspection.
Will the colour run?
We test somewhere hidden beforehand for exactly that reason. If the colour runs we tell you and do not take the risk.
Do you clean the fringes too?
Yes, included in the price. Fringes collect the most soil because they drag along the floor, and they are treated separately.
What do you do about pet odour?
We use a neutraliser that breaks down the salts in urine rather than covering them with fragrance. If it happened a long time ago, a second treatment is sometimes needed.
Can fitted carpet be cleaned in place?
Yes. Fitted carpet is cleaned without lifting. It is a standard request for offices and stairs.
How many carpets can be done in one visit?
Usually between three and six, depending on size. For more we plan two consecutive days so there is time to dry.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, €25. For a single small rug it works out better to combine it with another service.
Is it safe for children and allergy sufferers?
Yes. The products are biodegradable and free from strong fragrance, and extraction pulls out a large part of the mites and allergens down in the backing.
Can I walk on the carpet while it dries?
Better not for the first two hours. After that yes, preferably in socks rather than shoes.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, Saturday is a working day for us. Sunday by prior arrangement.
How is payment handled?
Cash on completion or by bank transfer. We issue invoices on request, including to companies.
Will there be a smell afterwards?
There is a faint damp smell while the carpet dries, which disappears completely once dry. If you are sensitive to it, book a day when you can ventilate well.
What should I do with a fresh stain before you arrive?
Blot with a white cloth from the outside in, never rub. Use cold water rather than warm, and do not pour household remedies on at random.
Can carpet cleaning be combined with another service?
Yes, and it makes sense. Most often with a deep clean or sofa cleaning, on the same day and discounted together.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back free of charge. If the result genuinely cannot be improved, we say so at the inspection, not after the work.
