The price of cleaning depends on three things: the size of the property, its condition and how often we visit. The table below is therefore a guide. The final price is always fixed and you receive it in writing after the free inspection.
There are no hidden fees. The price includes products, equipment and travel within Sofia.
Prices are indicative and include VAT. The final quote is set after a free inspection.

Common questions about prices
Why does it say "from"?
Because a neglected flat and a well-kept flat of the same size need different amounts of time. After the inspection you receive a single fixed figure, not a range.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, the minimum is 3 hours for home cleaning. For deep cleaning and upholstery cleaning the minimum depends on how much work there is.
Are the products charged separately?
No. Products, equipment and travel within Sofia are all included in the price.
Is there a discount for regular cleaning?
Yes. Weekly or fortnightly contracts have a lower hourly rate. The exact discount depends on how often we visit and the size of the property.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We work with private individuals, companies and building associations, and we issue an invoice.
